Ready for a reset? Our 3-Day Juice Fast includes 12 cold-pressed juices—four juices per day for three days. The program is designed to simplify your routine while providing a variety of fruit- and vegetable-based nutrients throughout the day.

Your Daily Juice Order

For each of the three days, drink your four juices in this order:

Please Note: Drink one juice at a time in the order listed above, with water in between each juice. Distilled water is preferred as part of our program.

3-Day Fast Guidelines

For the full three days:

• Follow the recommended juice order each day.
• Drink water between each juice.
• Avoid solid foods during the fast.
• Avoid chewing gum.
• Avoid alcohol and other beverages outside of the juices and water.
• Avoid sexual activity during the three-day program.
